Solution 3: Manually Re-install PS4 system software using USB

  1. Insert a USB into a PC and create a folder in it named as “PS4”. Create another folder in this folder and name it as “UPDATE”.
  2. Now launch your favorite browser and download the latest update of the PS4 system software from their official website.
  3. Save this downloaded file in your USB and name it as “PS4UPDATE.PUP”.
  4. Press and hold the power button of your console for some seconds and wait for it to completely shut down.
